Pay It Forward

I am a daughter, sister, friend, cousin, grand-daughter, neice, child, princess, loved one, and many other things to many people. My number 1 goal right now is to make a difference in the lives of others around me. Miss Murray 2010 is Stacey Marie Hansen. Her platform is Pay it Forward. She's shared it all around Murray City. I first learned about it from Ashley who is close friends with Stacey. Stacey came to my choir class a couple weeks ago and told us about Pay it Forward. It's a program where you do acts of kindness for 4 main people. A close friend, a family member, a not so close friend, and a complete stranger. You can post those acts of kindness at payit4ward.org. As I've done this i have grown so much. Service can really change a person. It makes you realize how much we need to help each other in our life. It can really make a difference. It helps you grow and become aware of how much we can do. I am also in the MYCC (Murray youth chamber of commerce). It's a program in Murray City that volunteers and helps with things in Murray. Through all this service I have become a better person. I really hope some person who ever it is will start doing service and have just as great expeirence as me.
